From mood boards, sourcing suppliers, tracking budgets, confirming vendors, setup/ pack-down, creating a full run sheet of the day, coordinating vendors and organising guests we have it all covered!


Sugared Style services from Brisbane to Byron Bay and have an extensive list of suggested suppliers who we just adore working with, we are also just as excited to work with new suppliers if they are more your style. If you have all the ideas but no time, or all the time but no ideas then we have a package to suit you!

On The Day Coordination - $1250
On The Day Coordination & Set Up - $1750

  • Staff member for 9hrs on your wedding day to coordinate. **Set Up package includes additional staff member/s for setup and styling purposes**

  • Full wedding schedule + table plans with all vendor’s names and contact names, run through of the entire wedding with accurate timings etc.

  • Communication with all your vendors 2 weeks prior to confirm timings, location and anything additional that they may require.

  • Coordination of all vendors and direction for guests on the day of the event.

  • Complete peace of mind that your day is taken care of so that you can relax!

  • Pack up is not included but can be added for an additional charge

Full Planning Package- $4200

All inclusions of Coordination package, plus:

  • Unlimited communication.

  • Budget prep + dealing with all vendors for payment etc.

  • Design board + Sourcing of all suppliers based on your budget.

  • All communication with vendors to from booking until the day to take that weight off your shoulders.

  • Liaising with all suppliers for setup, start, finish times + anything further they require.

  • Dealing with logistics to ensure a smooth running wedding.

  • 1 staff member for 9hrs on your wedding day for setup & coordination, plus additional staff member/s for setup.
